Type 1 Long Block Storage / Assembly Kit

Keep your engine internals clean and protected during storage! This complete kit features flanged covers for a positive seal, designed with the engine builder in mind!

Covers Included:

1. Exhaust port  (4)

2. Dual Port Intake (2)

3. Oil Filler / At Stand opening

4. Fuel pump

5. Oil cooler ports

6. O-ring Distributor plug  - Doubles as Drive gear hold down to allow engine rotation without installing a distributor!)

7. Solex carburetor (Fits carbs with 52 mm top opening)

8. TPU oil galley plugs (5) (Great when flushing oil galleys!!!)

AFM Cap (Flat Top / 7 Pin)

This is a replacement cap fo the flat top, 7 pin Air Flow Meter as fount in factory fuel injected Busses and Beetles. 

This cap is sometimes broken, or lost over the years, allowing for dirt and debris to get into the AFM, causing malfunctions. 

This cap is a direct fit and requires no modification to your AFM. It is a press fit, but it is recommended that you apply a thin bead of electronic safe silicone glue around the lip to seal out moisture.
